Grapes: Muscat d’Alexandrie (50%) Muscat à Petits Grains (50%)
Vinification: Muscat d’Alexandrie is put whole bunch into fibreglass tanks for 12 days of carbonic maceration. Muscat a Petits Grains is pressed into fibreglass. Muscat d’Alexandrie is pressed then blended with the Muscat a Petit Grain and it stays in fibreglass until bottling in March 2024.
No filtering, fining, or added SO2. Production 800 cases. ABV 12%
