Le Chai Perché - Demi-Lune 2023

Grapes:  Grenache Blanc, 30-year-old vines on clay-limestone and sandy marl from Lourmarin in the Luberon.

Vinification: Maceration for 24-hours followed by slow basket press and AF in fibreglass tanks. Once MF begins, moved to three-year-old barrels (70%) and fibreglass tank (30%) for nine months’ ageing. Blended just prior to bottling.

Bottled:  Jun. 2024  Fining:  No  Filtering:  No  Added SO2:  15ppm  Production:  30 cases  ABV:  14%
